Locum/Casual Search:
Due to the legislation and inability to charge a percentage every hour, we charge a fixed day rate for providing locum or casual service, which makes it a lot easier to manage and deal with.
Rebate period:
We know that candidates don’t always work out for a number of reasons, which is why we offer a Sliding scale rebate to address any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the initial placement period. We encourage all candidates to complete site visits before starting with your practice to ensure a smooth transition and minimize the risk of any unforeseen issues.
