An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy and community-focused small animal practice in North London.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive RVN who enjoys being hands-on clinically while also supporting and developing colleagues. You'll join a close-knit nursing team and work alongside the practice leadership team to maintain high clinical standards, mentor nurses and students and contribute to the continued development of the practice.

The Role
The position offers a varied combination of hands-on veterinary nursing and additional responsibility within the nursing team.
Duties will include:
- Delivering nurse-led appointments
- Carrying out Schedule 3 activities
- Supporting Veterinary Surgeons with consultations, surgery and procedures
- Patient monitoring and inpatient care
- Managing admissions and discharges
- Delivering excellent patient and client care
- Supporting and mentoring nurses and students
- Helping maintain high clinical and operational standards
- Working closely with the practice leadership team
- Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement within the practice
Rota
The position is available full time, although part-time applications will also be considered.
Exact working hours and weekend requirements have not been provided, so these can be discussed with suitable candidates.

You'll join a busy and established small animal practice with a close-knit nursing team and a strong emphasis on collaboration, development and high-quality patient care.
Nurses are encouraged to utilise their skills through nurse-led consultations and Schedule 3 activities, with opportunities to support and mentor other nurses and students.
