This busy and well-established small animal practice provides a varied first opinion caseload within a friendly and collaborative clinical environment.
The team has excellent links with a nearby 24-hour veterinary hospital, providing additional clinical support and opportunities for collaboration between the two sites. The Role
This is a permanent full-time Veterinary Surgeon position within a busy first opinion practice.
You’ll manage a varied caseload encompassing consultations, surgery, preventative healthcare, diagnostics and medical case management, with responsibility for developing appropriate treatment plans and maintaining excellent standards of patient and client care.
You’ll have the opportunity to work cases through while benefiting from collaboration with experienced colleagues and additional clinical support from a nearby 24-hour hospital.
The wider clinical network also provides excellent opportunities to share knowledge, develop particular areas of interest and pursue further qualifications.
The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with previous clinical experience and the confidence to manage a varied first opinion caseload.
You’ll be comfortable with both consultations and routine surgery, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive veterinary team.
This position would particularly suit an experienced Vet looking for a busy and rewarding clinical environment with strong professional support and opportunities for continued development.
