This permanent position can be offered on either a full or part-time basis, with genuine flexibility around the working pattern to help create a role that works for the successful vet.
With no out-of-hours, no on-call, no Bank Holiday working and only Saturday mornings on a rota, this is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking for greater clinical freedom and a healthy work-life balance. The Practice
This long-established independent small animal practice has been caring for pets and their owners in West London for more than 25 years, developing a loyal client base and an excellent reputation for friendly, personalised veterinary care.
Remaining proudly independent allows the team to focus on making the right clinical decisions for individual patients and clients, with genuine clinical freedom and an emphasis on continuity of care and building lasting relationships with pets and their owners.
You'll be joining a friendly and highly experienced team with many years of combined clinical experience. The practice is able to investigate and manage the vast majority of cases in-house, while several excellent referral hospitals are located within approximately 45 minutes when additional specialist support is required.
The practice actively encourages professional development and is keen to support Veterinary Surgeons looking to further develop their medical, surgical, consulting or diagnostic interests.

The Role
This is a permanent Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon position available on either a full or part-time basis.
You'll manage a varied first opinion caseload and have the clinical freedom to investigate and manage your own cases while benefiting from the experience and support of the wider team.
The practice is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys being a genuine first opinion GP and values continuity of care. You'll have the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with clients while following cases through from initial presentation to diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
The caseload includes:
• Small animal consultations.
• General medicine.
• Routine and non-routine surgery.
• Dentistry.
• Diagnostic imaging.
• Preventative healthcare.
• Chronic disease management.
• Case work-ups and ongoing patient care.
