The Practice
This modern first opinion small animal practice is committed to delivering exceptional standards of patient and client care within a welcoming and collaborative environment. The practice has been thoughtfully designed to create an efficient clinical workflow while providing a calm and comfortable setting for both patients and the veterinary team.
You'll work alongside a supportive Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest in dentistry together with an experienced Client Care Assistant, forming a close-knit team where everyone's ideas and contributions are genuinely valued. The practice actively encourages collaboration and innovation, giving nurses the opportunity to play an important role in both clinical decision-making and the continued growth of the practice.

The Role
This is a permanent full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse position offering the opportunity to fully utilise your nursing skills within a supportive and progressive practice.
You'll undertake a varied clinical role including nurse consultations, Schedule 3 procedures, anaesthesia, surgical support, inpatient care, patient monitoring and client education while working closely with the Veterinary Surgeon to deliver exceptional standards of patient care.
Beyond the clinical responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the ongoing development of the practice. Your input will be genuinely valued, making this an ideal opportunity for an RVN who enjoys taking ownership, improving clinical standards and helping build a successful and thriving practice.

The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
You'll enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team, be confident undertaking nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures, and be motivated to make a positive contribution to both the clinical team and the ongoing success of the practice. This role would suit an enthusiastic RVN who enjoys working in a progressive environment where initiative, teamwork and professional development are actively encouraged.
