The Practice

Supported by an experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and Client Care colleagues, the practice provides a varied first opinion caseload while encouraging nurses to fully utilise their clinical skills across all aspects of patient care.

The Role
This is a permanent full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse position within a busy and supportive first opinion practice.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care through nurse consultations, Schedule 3 procedures, inpatient care, anaesthesia, surgical support and client education. You'll work closely with the Veterinary Surgeons and wider clinical team to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care throughout their treatment journey.
The role also includes responsibility for patient admissions and discharges, monitoring hospitalised patients and supporting consultations and surgical procedures. A 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota (8:00am – 12:00pm) forms part of the working pattern, with the remainder of your time spent within a collaborative and supportive weekday team.
The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
You'll enjoy working as part of a collaborative clinical team, be confident carrying out nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures, and be committed to maintaining the highest clinical standards. This opportunity would suit an RVN looking to continue developing their nursing career within a progressive and supportive practice environment.
