The Role
This is a permanent full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse position working a 4-day week, offering an excellent work-life balance.
The role includes a 1 in 5 weekend rota based at a nearby 24-hour hospital, together with some Bank Holiday and on-call responsibilities, providing additional exposure to emergency and inpatient nursing.
You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care through nurse consultations, Schedule 3 procedures, inpatient nursing, anaesthesia, surgical support and client education. Working closely with the Veterinary Surgeons and wider nursing team, you'll support consultations, theatre, patient monitoring and hospital care while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence throughout every stage of the patient journey.
The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
You'll enjoy working within a collaborative clinical team, be confident carrying out nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient welfare. This opportunity would suit an RVN looking to continue developing their nursing career within a supportive practice that encourages professional growth and clinical progression.
