The Practice
This established 24-hour small animal hospital provides a comprehensive range of first opinion, emergency and inpatient services, supported by an experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and dedicated overnight clinicians.

The Role
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours across four days, providing an excellent balance between career development and personal time.
The role offers a varied combination of consulting and hospital shifts, allowing you to enjoy continuity of care while developing your medical, surgical and inpatient management skills across a diverse caseload.
Working within a busy referral-supported hospital environment, you'll manage consultations, perform routine and more advanced surgical procedures, oversee hospitalised patients and collaborate closely with the experienced nursing team to deliver the highest standards of patient care. Dedicated night teams ensure seamless overnight care and continuity for hospitalised patients.

The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional clinical care and outstanding client service.
You'll enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, be confident managing a varied first opinion caseload and have an interest in both consulting and hospital medicine. This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon looking to continue developing their clinical skills within a supportive hospital environment with access to advanced facilities and experienced colleagues.
