The Practice
This modern, purpose-built small animal practice has recently undergone refurbishment, creating an excellent working environment for both patients and the clinical team. With a loyal and growing client base, the practice delivers a high standard of first opinion veterinary care while maintaining a friendly, community-focused atmosphere.
Working alongside experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and support staff, you'll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence while helping to develop nurse-led services and strengthen client relationships. The practice is supported by a nearby 24-hour hospital, providing access to advanced diagnostics, emergency care and specialist referral services whenever required.
Although primarily based at the Old Isleworth practice, there will be occasional opportunities to work across a nearby sister practice, providing additional variety and collaborative working within the wider team.

The Location
Situated in the attractive West London area, the practice enjoys a fantastic location close to the River Thames, offering a charming village atmosphere while benefiting from excellent transport links into Central London and the surrounding areas. With a wide range of cafés, restaurants, green spaces and local amenities nearby, it provides an excellent balance between city living and community feel.
The Role
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week across five days, with participation in a shared weekend rota at a nearby 24-hour hospital, typically 1 in 4 or 1 in 6 weekends.
As Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the wider nursing team. You'll carry out nurse consultations, utilise your Schedule 3 nursing skills, assist with surgical procedures, monitor hospitalised patients and contribute to the ongoing development of nurse-led clinics.
Beyond your clinical responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the practice develops, supporting colleagues, helping maintain high clinical standards and building lasting relationships with clients within the local community.
The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care.
This opportunity would suit an experienced RVN looking to progress into a senior position where they can mentor colleagues, help develop nursing services and contribute to the continued success of a growing practice. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in maintaining high clinical standards and be keen to make a genuine impact within a supportive team.
