The Practice
This well-established small animal practice has built a loyal client base and enjoys a busy and varied first opinion caseload across both consultations and surgery. Housed within a characterful listed building, the practice combines traditional charm with modern veterinary facilities to deliver high standards of patient and client care.
You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive clinical team with a collaborative approach to case management, creating an excellent environment for both experienced Veterinary Surgeons and those looking to further develop their skills.
The practice actively encourages professional development and welcomes Veterinary Surgeons with specific clinical interests, offering support to pursue further training and certification where appropriate.

The Location

The Role
This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week, although part-time applications will also be considered.
The rota includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9:00am–12:00pm) with no out-of-hours or on-call responsibilities, allowing an excellent work-life balance.
You’ll enjoy a varied first opinion caseload across consultations, medicine and surgery while working alongside a supportive nursing and clinical team. The practice encourages professional growth and is happy to support individual clinical interests and further qualifications.
The Candidate
You will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
Whether you’re an experienced Veterinary Surgeon or looking to continue developing your clinical interests within a supportive practice, you’ll enjoy working collaboratively with an experienced team while providing a high standard of first opinion veterinary care.
