The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Weekend Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a modern 24-hour hospital in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

This practice serves as a regional hub, delivering emergency, inpatient and advanced diagnostic care for surrounding clinics. It offers an excellent opportunity for an RVN with an interest in ECC to work within a supportive, well-equipped hospital environment.

Flexible weekend arrangements are genuinely available, including full days, half days, alternate weekends or patterns tailored around other commitments.

The Role

You will work as part of an experienced clinical team delivering high-quality inpatient and emergency nursing care across a varied caseload.

Responsibilities include:

• Inpatient monitoring and emergency nursing support.
• Supporting surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Delivering nurse-led appointments where appropriate.
• Maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards.
• Providing clear and compassionate client communication.

This is a permanent part-time position covering weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse.
