• Role: Veterinary Surgeon.

The Practice

These two purpose-built practices work closely together and are located along Dorset's beautiful coastline. As part of a long-established independent veterinary group, the focus remains firmly on patient care, staff wellbeing and reinvesting income back into people and facilities.

Facilities include:

• Digital radiography and dental radiography.

• Ultrasonography.

• In-house integrated laboratories.

• Dedicated surgical facilities.

• Support from visiting ophthalmology, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeons.

The Role

This role has become available due to a long-standing vet relocating overseas. The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative team and will be supported both on site and by a wider clinical network within the independent group.

This position would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years' UK experience who enjoys working within a team-focused environment and values clinical freedom and work–life balance.

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.

• Minimum of two years' UK clinical experience.

• Confident in small animal general practice.

• Team-oriented with a client-focused approach.

• Looking for a long-term role within an independent, non-corporate setting.
