Weekend rota: Every third Saturday morning.

This modern practice opened recently and has been designed to a high clinical standard, offering an excellent working environment with ongoing investment in equipment and facilities. As part of a long-established independent veterinary group, the focus remains firmly on clinical freedom, staff wellbeing and reinvesting income back into the team.
There are no corporate targets, no restrictive ownership schemes and no hidden tie-ins. The practice benefits from strong internal support alongside visiting specialists, allowing cases to be worked up fully where appropriate.

The Role
This position has become available due to continued growth in caseload. Initially, the rota includes a degree of sole-charge working, supported by experienced colleagues, visiting clinicians and a wider independent clinical network.
The role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years' experience who enjoys autonomy while still valuing access to support and collaboration. Flexible hours are available, and part-time working will be considered.
About You

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.

Minimum of two years' UK clinical experience.

Confident in small animal general practice.

Comfortable with a level of sole-charge responsibility.

Values independence, teamwork and a non-corporate culture.
