An excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical bias to step into an Advanced Practitioner role within a well-established, purpose-built practice in Quarrington, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering advanced surgical exposure, leadership in case management and a supportive, experienced clinical team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident Veterinary Surgeon who holds, or is working towards, a CertAVP in Small Animal Surgery and is keen to develop advanced surgical skills. You'll play a key role in case planning, peri-operative care and supporting clinical standards within a progressive training practice.

You'll have the autonomy to lead surgical cases while working within a collaborative team that values clinical excellence and development.

• Provide high-quality peri-operative and inpatient care.

• Support and mentor colleagues within the clinical team.

• Work collaboratively to maintain high clinical and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to ongoing development of surgical services and best practice.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Holds or is working towards CertAVP in Small Animal Surgery.

• Strong surgical skills with interest in advanced techniques.

• Confident case manager with leadership capability.
