The Role

Lead clinical standards across the practice.

Deliver high-quality consultations and surgical procedures.

Provide clear communication and continuity of care to clients.

Prepare and manage treatment plans and estimates.

Work closely with the Practice Manager to support performance and development.

Mentor, support and develop the clinical team.

Share best practice across the wider clinical network.
What We're Looking For

Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

Proven experience in small animal practice.

Confident clinical leader with mentoring experience.

Strong communication and case management skills.

Team-focused, proactive and commercially aware approach.
