You'll be working alongside a supportive team of Veterinary Surgeons, nurses and support staff, with strong links to a nearby 24-hour hospital for advanced diagnostics and case support.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures.

• Develop tailored treatment plans with clear cost estimates.

• Maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.

• Work collaboratively within a supportive clinical team.

• Support clinical handovers and continuity of care when escalation is required.

• Share best practice across the wider clinical network.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Confident in delivering first-opinion small animal care.

• Strong communication and client-care skills.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

• Interest in maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
