The Practice

This is a modern, purpose-built small animal practice designed to deliver high standards of veterinary care. The clinic benefits from a calm working environment, a loyal client base and a strong focus on teamwork and clinical quality.

You'll be joining a three-vet practice supported by Registered Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants and an experienced Practice Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical work while enjoying a supportive and well-organised day-to-day setup.

• Separate dog and cat wards.

• Two surgical suites.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures.

• Develop tailored treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates.

• Maintain excellent standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

• Work collaboratively within a supportive veterinary and nursing team.

• Complete clinical handovers and support continuity of care where required.

• Share best practice across the wider clinical network.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Confident delivering first-opinion small animal care.

• Strong communication and client-care skills.

• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team.

• Positive, professional and collaborative approach.
