The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced orthopaedic and/or advanced soft tissue surgeon looking to take the next step in their career within a true referral-style hospital setting. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own advanced caseload while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing surgical team.

The hospital operates as a hub and referral centre, offering exposure to complex, worked-up cases and the opportunity to practise at the highest clinical standard.

The Hospital

The Role

• Deliver advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue surgical care to a high clinical standard.

• Manage complex referral and hospital cases with autonomy and confidence.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and communicate clearly with clients and referring practices.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary clinical team.

• Maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance.

• Support and share expertise within the wider clinical community.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Certificate holder in surgery (or above) preferred.

• Strong experience in orthopaedic and/or advanced soft tissue surgery.

• Confident managing complex referral caseloads.

• Collaborative, team-focused approach with a passion for clinical excellence.
