The Opportunity

This role offers the best of both worlds: the security of a permanent position with the clinical variety of working across multiple practices. You'll split your time between a well-equipped 24-hour hospital and up to four nearby branches, allowing exposure to a broad and rewarding small animal caseload.

You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards across the region, supporting teams on-site while continuing to develop your own skills and experience.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years' UK small animal experience.

• Confident performing routine surgeries independently.

• Comfortable adapting to different practice environments.

• Positive, flexible and team-focused approach.

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
