The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident, forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon ready to take full clinical ownership of a modern first-opinion practice. You'll be responsible for setting clinical standards, leading the veterinary team and ensuring exceptional care is delivered consistently to patients and clients.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll also contribute to the commercial and operational success of the clinic, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership influence.

• Maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance.

• Contribute to the wider clinical network and case continuity beyond first opinion.
