The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to progress into a leadership position while remaining clinically active. You'll take responsibility for clinical standards, mentor and support the veterinary team, and work closely with the practice management team to support the ongoing growth and success of the practice.

You'll have the autonomy to shape clinical direction while benefiting from wider regional support and access to advanced facilities and referral services.

The Role

• Provide clinical leadership and set high standards of medical and surgical care.

• Lead, mentor and support the veterinary team, encouraging development and best practice.

• Manage a varied caseload, including diagnostics and routine surgery.

• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and continuity of care.

• Work collaboratively with the practice management team on clinical governance and workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Minimum of 4 years' UK small animal experience.

• Confident in routine surgery, diagnostics and case management.

• Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style.

• Motivated to develop others and drive clinical excellence.
