• Role: Lead Veterinary Surgeon.

• Contract: Permanent.

• Location: Quarrington, Lincolnshire.

• Hours: Full time, 40 hours over 4 days.

• Salary: £80,000 per year.

• Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30am–2:30pm).

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step into clinical leadership. You will play a key role in setting clinical standards, supporting team development and maintaining high-quality patient and client care within a busy, forward-thinking practice.

The position offers genuine autonomy alongside the support of an experienced team, with involvement in mentoring, clinical governance and the ongoing growth of the practice.

• Contribute to the development and future direction of the practice.

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Strong experience in small animal medicine and surgery.

• Confident clinical decision-maker with leadership capability.
