The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a leadership position or an established Lead Vet seeking a new challenge. You'll play a central role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring colleagues and delivering high-quality, personalised care to clients and patients.

You'll have the autonomy to influence how the practice develops, while benefiting from wider clinical support and access to advanced diagnostics through a local 24-hour hospital.

The Practice

The Role

• Lead day-to-day clinical activity within the practice.

• Deliver exceptional clinical care in consults and surgery.

• Set and maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance.

• Mentor, support and develop the veterinary and nursing team.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.

• Contribute to clinical development and best practice across the wider network.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery.

• Confidence in clinical leadership and team development.
