• Hours: Full time (three-day working week, with flexibility discussed).

• Weekend rota: 1 in 3 weekends at Esher and 1 in 6 weekends at Richmond 24-Hour Hospital.

• Salary: Up to £60,000 per year.

The Opportunity

The Practice

This spacious, purpose-built practice includes:

• Three dedicated consultation rooms.

• Separate dog and cat wards.

• Defined prep area supporting a well-equipped theatre.

• Welcoming staff room for breaks and collaboration.

• Full refurbishment planned for early 2025.

You'll be supported by a strong team including Registered Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants and a dedicated Client Care Assistant, all committed to exceptional patient care.

The Role

• Deliver exceptional clinical care in consults and surgery.

• Develop tailored treatment plans with clients.

• Work cases up thoroughly, particularly within dentistry.

• Maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance.

• Work collaboratively within a supportive, multi-vet team.

• Share skills and support wider clinical development.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Passion for clinical excellence and client care.

• Team-focused and collaborative approach.

• Interest in dentistry welcomed but not essential.
