Key Details

• Role: Lead Veterinary Surgeon.

• Contract: Permanent.

• Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire.

• Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week over 4 days.

• Weekend rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

• Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Ultrasound and ECG.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

• Lead, mentor and inspire the veterinary team.

• Maintain excellent clinical, regulatory and operational standards.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients.

• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

• Share skills and support clinical development across the team.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Experience in small animal practice.

• Confidence in leading, mentoring and developing colleagues.

• Strong communication and client-care skills.

• Commitment to clinical excellence and team leadership.

Salary & Benefits
