Key Details

Role: Lead Veterinary Surgeon.

Contract: Permanent.

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire.

Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week over 4 days.

Weekend rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role

Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

Lead, mentor and inspire the veterinary team.

Maintain excellent clinical, regulatory and operational standards.

Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients.

Share skills and support clinical development across the team.
What We're Looking For

Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

Experience in small animal practice.

Confidence in leading, mentoring and developing colleagues.

Strong communication and client-care skills.

Commitment to clinical excellence and team leadership.
Salary & Benefits

Salary £55,000 – £60,000 per annum.
