• Role: Lead Veterinary Surgeon.

• Contract: Permanent.

• Location: Thurmaston, Leicestershire.

• Hours: Full time – 4-day working week, Monday to Friday.

• Weekend rota: 1 in 6 weekends, including bank holiday rotation.

• Flexibility: Part-time working options considered.

• Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

• Lead, mentor and develop the veterinary team.

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Proven experience in small animal practice.
