Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role

Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

Lead and mentor the veterinary team, supporting clinical development.

Maintain excellent clinical, regulatory and operational standards.

Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients.

Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture.

Share best practice and support clinical development across the wider group.
What We're Looking For

Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

Proven experience in small animal practice.

Confidence in leading, mentoring and developing colleagues.

Strong communication and client-care skills.

Commitment to clinical excellence and team leadership.
Salary & Benefits

Salary £70,000 – £75,000 per annum.
