Role: Veterinary Surgeon.

Contract: Permanent.

Location: Morden, Greater London.

Hours: Full time – 4 days per week.

Shift pattern: 9:00am – 7:00pm.

Weekend rota: 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Signing bonus: £3,000 available.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a confident small animal Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys delivering high standards of clinical care within a supportive and collaborative team. The practice has been serving the local community for over 25 years and benefits from a loyal client base and a positive working culture.
You'll work alongside an experienced Lead Vet and a dedicated nursing and support team, with access to strong clinical governance and wider support.
The Role

Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients.

Maintain excellent clinical and regulatory standards.

Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.

Spacious waiting area with separate cat and dog sections.

Three consulting rooms.

Fully equipped operating theatre.

Digital X-ray and dental X-ray.

In-house laboratory.
What We're Looking For

Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

Confident in delivering first-opinion small animal care.

Strong communication and client-care skills.

Team-oriented, supportive and professional approach.
