Key Details

• Role: Veterinary Surgeon.

• Contract: Permanent.

• Location: Morden, Greater London.

• Hours: Full time – 4 days per week.

• Shift pattern: 9:00am – 7:00pm.

• Weekend rota: 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

• Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Signing bonus: £3,000 available.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident small animal Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys delivering high standards of clinical care within a supportive and collaborative team. The practice has been serving the local community for over 25 years and benefits from a loyal client base and a positive working culture.

You'll work alongside an experienced Lead Vet and a dedicated nursing and support team, with access to strong clinical governance and wider support.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients.

• Maintain excellent clinical and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• Share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.

Facilities & Practice

• Spacious waiting area with separate cat and dog sections.

• Three consulting rooms.

• Fully equipped operating theatre.

• Digital X-ray and dental X-ray.

• Imotek X5 ultrasound.

• In-house laboratory.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

• Confident in delivering first-opinion small animal care.

• Strong communication and client-care skills.

• Team-oriented, supportive and professional approach.

• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.
