The Role

This is a full-time permanent mixed veterinary role working across multiple sites in Anglesey and the surrounding areas. The caseload includes a balanced mix of small animal, farm and equine work, offering genuine variety and the opportunity to develop or maintain a broad clinical skillset.

The role includes participation in the out-of-hours rota alongside a supportive team of vets. The rota is structured as one night per week and one weekend in five, helping to maintain a sustainable work–life balance. Flexible working options, including the possibility of a four- or five-day week, can be discussed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care across small animal, farm and equine cases.

• Work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

• Participate in a shared out-of-hours rota.

• Work across multiple branch locations as required.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best-practice standards.

The Team & Support

You'll be joining a friendly, experienced and enthusiastic team of vets, veterinary nurses and support colleagues. Many team members have specialist skills and knowledge across a range of disciplines, creating a supportive learning environment with excellent peer collaboration.

The practice runs its own large animal and equine emergency service, ensuring continuity of care and a strong clinical support structure.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
