An excellent opportunity for an Equine Ambulatory Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, collaborative equine practice based in North Yorkshire. This permanent role offers flexibility to suit a recent graduate through to an experienced clinician, a manageable on-call rota supported by an external provider and the opportunity to build and develop a caseload around your clinical interests.

Role: Equine Ambulatory Veterinary Surgeon.

Out of hours: Supported by external provider.

On-call rota: Initially 1 in 8, improving to 1 in 10.

Time off in lieu: One day for every weekend worked.

Digital radiography systems.

Ultrasound systems.

Upper respiratory tract video endoscopy.

Gastroscope.

Extracorporeal shockwave therapy.

Mechanical dental equipment.

Excellent support from experienced RVNs and nursing assistants.

Ambulatory equine veterinary work across a varied caseload.

What We're Looking For

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.

Interest in ambulatory equine practice.

Suitable for confident recent graduates through to experienced clinicians.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Motivated, collaborative and keen to develop clinically.
