The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, well-established small animal practice in Richmond upon Thames.

This role is ideal for an RVN who enjoys remaining hands-on clinically, running nurse-led clinics, and working within a supportive team environment. You'll be encouraged to fully utilise your nursing skills while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

The Practice & Team

The practice benefits from a loyal client base and a strong community feel. You'll work alongside experienced Veterinary Surgeons, fellow Nurses and a dedicated reception team, all committed to delivering high standards of patient and client care.

The clinic is well equipped and offers a varied caseload, giving you genuine scope to develop and progress clinically.

The Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 procedures

  • Supporting consultations, diagnostics and surgery

  • Inpatient care, monitoring and treatment

  • Admissions and discharges

  • Dispensing and checking medications

  • Maintaining clinical, regulatory and operational standards

  • Working collaboratively within the wider clinical team

About You

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse

  • Confident and patient-focused

  • Comfortable running nurse consults

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Proactive, organised and clinically minded

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000–£35,000 DOE
