Registered Veterinary Nurse – Solihull, West Midlands

Salary £30,000–£32,000 DOE.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy and progressive small animal practice in Solihull, West Midlands.

The role would suit an RVN who puts high standards of patient care first, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and is confident contributing across a wide range of clinical duties. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and exposed to a varied and interesting caseload.

The Role

You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day nursing, supporting consultations, surgeries and diagnostics while delivering excellent patient and client care.

The practice is well equipped with digital X-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, capnography, ECG, and facilities for both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, allowing cases to be worked up thoroughly in-house. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, including certificate holders, gaining exposure to a broad range of cases.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with 1 in 6 full weekends.

What We're Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse

• Previous experience in small animal practice

• Confident supporting nurse-led clinics and Schedule 3 activities

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Positive, flexible and proactive approach

Must Haves
