🐾 Locum Vet – Start ASAP | Ongoing – Salisbury, Wiltshire 🐾

We are currently recruiting for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Salisbury, Wiltshire on an ASAP, ongoing basis. This is a flexible role, with full-time or part-time availability considered, making it ideal for locums seeking longer-term work with flexibility.

The practice is happy to consider two part-time vets if full-time hours are not suitable.

📍 Key Details
🏥 Practice type: Small animal
📅 Start date: ASAP
🔁 End date: Ongoing
⏰ Hours (Mon–Fri): Ideally 4–5 days per week | 8:30am – 6:30pm
🔄 Full time, part time, or ad hoc cover considered
📆 Weekends: Saturdays available if you can help – 8:30am – 12:00pm or 8:30am – 3:00pm
👩‍⚕️ Sole charge: Occasionally, but mainly working alongside the Lead Vet
🚫 OOH: None
🩺 Duties: Consultations and routine surgeries
⏱ Consultation length: 15 minutes
🏥 Branch work: None
🏠 Accommodation: Not available
💷 Pay rate: Up to £500 per day, depending on experience and payment method
🅿️ Parking: Available

We're looking for a confident all-rounder who is comfortable with routine consults and operations.

Amazing experience

New Grad Experience

Both Abby and Adam were fantastic, quick to respond and also really took into account what exactly I was looking for. As soon as I’d mentioned to Abby I was interested in the charity/not-for-profit sector she quickly compiled a list of practices that might interest me.
