The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, progressive community practice in Enfield, Greater London.

The role offers an excellent balance of clinical variety, autonomy and support. You'll be fully involved in day-to-day nursing across consults, surgery, diagnostics and nurse-led clinics, with access to wider expertise through a nearby 24-hour hospital.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high standards of patient and client care across a varied caseload.

Duties include nurse-led appointments, Schedule 3 procedures, supporting consults and surgeries, inpatient care, and managing admissions and discharges. You'll also have opportunities to mentor students and contribute to the ongoing development of nursing services within the practice.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working a 4-day week, with 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

What We're Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse

• Previous experience within a small animal practice

• Confident running nurse-led clinics and Schedule 3 activities

• Strong communication and client-care skills

• Team-focused, proactive and organised approach

• Interest in ongoing development and progression

Location
