The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a small, welcoming practice based in Northgate, West Sussex, just a short walk from Crawley town centre.
Set in a peaceful, community-focused area with a strong local feel, the practice benefits from a loyal client base and a collaborative working environment. This role would suit an RVN who enjoys general practice nursing and values being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day nursing, working alongside a branch-partner-led team, experienced nurses and dedicated support staff.
The practice is well equipped with two consult rooms, a dedicated theatre, digital X-ray and dental facilities, allowing you to deliver high standards of patient care across a varied caseload. You'll have the opportunity to fully utilise and continue developing your nursing skills while contributing to excellent client care.
This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week). The role includes:

1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby hospital

Two bank holidays per year

Two weeks of out-of-hours on-call duty annually
What We're Looking For

RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse

Confident across all aspects of general practice nursing

Experience with nurse-led clinics and Schedule 3 activities

Strong communication and client-care skills

Proactive, organised and team-focused approach

Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
Location
Based in Northgate, West Sussex, the practice sits within a clean, family-friendly neighbourhood known for its walkability, green spaces and strong community spirit. With Crawley town centre close by and good local amenities, the area offers a convenient and relaxed place to live and work.

Must Haves
