Full Time | £50,000 – £70,000 DOE | Permanent

• Hours: 39 hours per week

• Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends

The Role

• Deliver high standards of first-opinion veterinary care

• Provide preventative healthcare, diagnostics and treatment for sick and injured pets

• Carry out routine and non-routine surgical procedures within your level of competence

• Promote pet wellbeing and client education at every opportunity

• Work collaboratively with veterinary, nursing and reception teams

• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold clinical governance standards

• Contribute positively to the practice culture and customer experience

• Supportive clinical team including multiple RVNs and Veterinary Surgeons

• Diverse caseload including exotics and advanced imaging exposure

• Strong commitment to training, mentorship and internal progression

• Proven track record of supporting students into permanent roles

• Continuous CPD encouraged across all levels

• Friendly, community-focused practice with strong local engagement

• Active involvement in fundraising, education and local initiatives

• Welcoming front-of-house team known for excellent client support

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Confident in first-opinion practice
