Weekend Rota: 1 in 6 weekends with TOIL

High-volume and diverse caseload across East, North and Central London

Excellent diagnostic facilities including CT, commercial laboratory and advanced imaging

On-site advanced soft tissue, orthopaedic and minimally invasive surgery

Extensive clinical and management support structure
The Role
-
Senior hospital RVN role working across theatre, wards, consults and ECC
-
Floating position covering departments during senior colleague leave
-
Varied working weeks providing strong exposure across all hospital services
-
Opportunity to develop leadership skills in a structured, supportive environment
-
Training and development support provided where required
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-
Support clinical delivery across multiple hospital departments
-
Provide senior nursing support within theatre, wards, consults and ECC
-
Assist with inpatient care, procedures and advanced case management
-
Act as a senior presence supporting nursing teams across departments
-
Maintain high clinical, welfare and hygiene standards
-
Work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary team
-
Contribute to smooth hospital operations and continuity of care
-
Participate in senior nurse cover and escalation where required
Team & Support

Large multidisciplinary team including approximately 25 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs and 7 VCAs
-
Strong onsite leadership including deputy head nurses, head nurse, head vet and hospital manager
-
Leadership training provided to support transition into senior role

Salary & Benefits

£34,000 to £39,000 depending on experience
-
6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays

CPD budget plus up to 2 days' paid CPD leave

Must Haves
- RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
- Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
