Mixed Veterinary Surgeon | Crediton, Devon

• Hours: Full time (4-day week) or part time considered

• Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience and skills

• Contract: Permanent

• Caseload: Small animal, farm and equine

The Practice Environment

• Truly mixed practice with a busy and varied caseload

• Strong emphasis on teamwork, support and wellbeing

• Situated in beautiful Mid Devon with easy access to countryside, coast and city

• Normal working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm

• Supportive working environment focused on sustainable work–life balance

The Role

• Broad mixed caseload covering small animal, farm and equine work

• Opportunity to help grow and develop farm and equine services

• 4-day working week (part-time options available)

• Participation in a 1:8 out-of-hours rota

• RVN support provided where needed

• Long weekend provided after every weekend on call

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Experience and interest across mixed practice

• Confident managing a varied caseload

• Keen to develop skills in one or more clinical areas

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

• Open to continued learning and progression
