• No commercial targets, allowing full focus on clinical care

The Role

• First-opinion GP veterinary role

• Managing and overseeing day-to-day clinical caseload

• Opportunity to work across branch and hospital settings if desired

• Following cases through from consultation to diagnosis and treatment

• Working alongside an experienced and supportive veterinary team

• Flexibility to tailor the role to suit individual preferences

What We’re Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Experience in small animal first-opinion practice

• Passion for delivering high-quality clinical care

• Proactive approach to case management

• Enjoys contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

Out of Hours Flexibility

• In-house OOH service available

• Options to participate in first-on-call or second-on-call rota

• Flexibility for vets unable to commit to OOH work

• Working patterns tailored wherever possible to suit individual circumstances

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

• 28 days (6.6 weeks) annual leave including bank holidays

• 2 weeks full sick pay and 4 weeks half sick pay

Must Haves
