Two part-time positions are available, offering flexible working patterns across either a 3-day or 2-day week, with the option to increase to a 4-day role via additional cover at a nearby practice. Part Time (2 or 3 Days) | £45,000 – £61,000 FTE | Permanent

• Role: Veterinary Surgeon

• Location: Ewell, Surrey

• Hours: Part time (2 or 3 days per week)

• Flexibility: Preferred working days can be discussed

• Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 branch Saturdays, 1 in 10 hospital Sundays

• Bank Holidays: 1 per year

• Out of Hours: None

• Contract: Permanent

• Open-plan prep area, walk-in kennels and spacious reception

• Digital and dental x-ray facilities

• Ultrasound available on site

• Supported by experienced regional management and clinical leadership

• Backed by a nearby 24-hour hospital for complex referrals and OOH care

The Role

• First-opinion GP veterinary role

• Consultations and routine surgery

• Triage and initial management of emergency cases

• Supporting a senior vet with an expanding caseload

• Opportunity to increase hours via additional days at a nearby practice if desired

What We're Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Confident in first-opinion GP work

• Comfortable with routine surgery

• Able to triage emergency cases when required

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Looking for a flexible, part-time role

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £45,000 – £61,000 FTE per annum (DOE)

• 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata)

• Generous CPD support with up to £2,000 allowance per year (pro rata)

• Up to 5 days' paid CPD leave (pro rata)

Must Haves

• RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
