• OOH Rota: 1 in 4 with time off in lieu

The Practice

• Established farm veterinary service within a multi-disciplinary veterinary environment

• Dedicated large animal team working with a wide range of farm clients

• Caseload includes dairy, beef, sucklers, sheep and camelids

• Farms range in size from small herds to large-scale commercial units

• Strong focus on herd health, fertility management and consultancy work

• In-house laboratory facilities and excellent support team

• Veterinary nurse training centre with structured support systems

The Role

• Large animal veterinary role within a structured, collaborative team

• Involvement in routine farm work, consultancy and herd health planning

• Supported by experienced colleagues including certificate holders

• Access to full support services including TB testing teams

• Certificates and further professional development actively encouraged

• Structured career progression within a supportive, family-oriented environment

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Interest in or experience with large animal and farm practice

• Open to vets at all stages of their career

• Total remuneration package £47,000 – £75,000 per annum (DOE)
