The Role

• Overall responsibility for clinical provision across multiple sites

• Leading and managing senior vets and branch clinical leaders

• Setting and maintaining clinical strategy, standards and governance

• Driving clinical excellence and continuous improvement

• Working closely with business leadership to shape strategy and identify growth opportunities

• Supporting service development and expansion

• Managing your own clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities

• Oversight of out-of-hours clinical provision

• Acting as a visible, approachable clinical leader across the group

What We're Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Proven experience in senior clinical leadership or management

• Highly skilled clinician with strong clinical decision-making ability

• Track record of developing and supporting clinical teams

• Confident setting standards, appraising clinical provision and driving change

• Compassionate, people-focused leadership style

• Strong communication, organisation and delegation skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary packages in the region of £70,000 – £100,000 per annum (DOE)
