An excellent opportunity for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established branch practice in Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for a vet who is comfortable in a sole-charge position, enjoys building strong client relationships and is looking for a structured, weekday-only role offering an excellent work–life balance within a supportive wider network.

• Role: Branch Veterinary Surgeon

• Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Hours: Full time

• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

• Shift Times:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

  • Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Out of Hours: None

• Contract: Permanent

The Role

• Sole-charge GP veterinary role within a branch setting

• Responsible for consultations, routine surgery and clinical decision-making

• Supported day-to-day by an experienced support team

• Opportunity to build long-term client relationships

• Access to additional clinical support and development through the wider group

What We're Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• VetGDP completed

• Confident working in a sole-charge environment

• Strong communication and client engagement skills

• Proactive, team-oriented approach

Salary & Benefits

• Salary £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE)
