• Hours: 30–40 hours per week (your choice)

• Contract: Permanent

• Weekend Rota:

  • 1 in 4 branch Saturdays

  • 1 in 10 hospital Sundays

  • 1 bank holiday per year

• Out-of-Hours: None

The Practice

• Established first-opinion GP practice serving the local community for over 20 years

• Located in vibrant Brixton, close to Streatham Hill and Brixton stations

• Easy access to nearby sister practices for additional day-to-day support

• Ultrasound facilities available locally

• Excellent referral and OOH support via a nearby 24-hour hospital

• Well-run branch with experienced management and regional clinical support

The Role

• Sole-charge GP position with routine consultations and surgeries

• Opportunity to re-establish and grow a loyal client base

• Supported by a knowledgeable trainee nursing team

• Leadership training provided as part of the role

• Close collaboration with nursing colleagues to run the branch smoothly

• Strong clinical and management support always available when needed

What We're Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Confident in sole-charge GP practice

• Comfortable with routine surgery and consultations

• Strong communicator with a client-focused approach

• Someone looking to settle and make their mark within a community practice

Location Highlights

• Situated between Streatham Hill and Brixton stations

• Around 20 minutes' walk or a short cycle from either station

• Excellent transport links across South London and into Central London

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 FTE (inclusive of weekend rota, DOE)

• 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays

• Up to £2,000 CPD budget per year

• Up to 5 days' paid CPD leave

• Private medical healthcare insurance

• Relocation support available where applicable

Must Haves

• RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
