A well-established mixed practice is seeking a Mixed Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive, experienced team in Drogheda, offering a varied caseload, excellent facilities and strong career development opportunities.

• Role: Mixed Animal Veterinary Surgeon

• Location: Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland

• Salary: From €45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

• Hours: Full time

• Rota: 1 in 4

The Practice

• Fully equipped veterinary hospital across two branches

• In-house laboratory, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound

• Experienced clinical team including multiple vets, nurses and support staff

• Friendly, collaborative working environment with strong peer support

The Role

• Mixed animal position with a strong small animal bias

• Opportunity to maintain and develop large animal skills

• Farm work primarily with progressive dairy clients

• Varied caseload across medicine and surgery

• Excellent opportunity for clinical development and progression

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon eligible to work in Ireland

• Interest in mixed practice with a focus on small animal work

• Confident or keen to develop farm animal skills

• Team player with good communication skills

• Motivated and enthusiastic approach to clinical work
