The Practice

This is a well-established small animal practice based in the historic market town of Westerham, Kent. The practice has a loyal client base and a genuinely supportive, close-knit team, delivering high standards of patient and client care in a relaxed, friendly environment.

You'll be working alongside an experienced team of vets, nurses and support staff, all committed to treating patients as if they were their own.

The Role

This maternity cover position offers a good balance of consulting and operating in a busy, well-equipped practice, with no out-of-hours or on-call commitments.

• Fixed-term maternity cover from March 2026 to July 2026

• 4-day week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (8:30am – 6:30pm)

• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8:30am – 12:00pm (TOIL provided)

• No OOHs or on-call

• Mix of consulting and routine surgery

There is flexibility for the right candidate, including the option of a 3-day week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) alongside the Saturday rota.
