The Organisation
This role sits within a well-established multi-site veterinary group with excellent internal support and a dedicated 24-hour hospital providing full out-of-hours and referral services. The practice continues to grow year-on-year and offers a supportive, well-structured environment where nurses are genuinely valued.

The Role
This is a varied and hands-on RVN position within a busy first-opinion practice spread over two floors, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and being fully involved in day-to-day clinical work. You'll support a strong GP caseload alongside a senior vet with a keen surgical interest.

The rota includes:

• Full-time, 4-day working week

• 1:4 Saturday branch rota

• 1:10 Sunday rota at the 24-hour hospital

• 1 bank holiday per year at the hospital

• No on-call duties

As part of your induction, you'll spend a dedicated day at the hospital to ensure you're confident and supported ahead of your first Sunday shift.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered)

• Confident multitasker with strong communication skills

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced GP setting

• Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude

• All experience levels considered

The Practice
Kennington is a thriving two-vet practice with a supportive and close-knit team. You'll be working alongside a senior vet, associate vet, senior RVN, trainee nurses and an experienced regional manager, with excellent backup from a nearby 24-hour hospital for OOH and advanced cases.

The Location
Kennington offers the perfect blend of village feel and city living. The practice is just an 8-minute walk from Kennington Underground station on the Northern Line and a 10-minute walk from The Oval, giving you excellent transport links and plenty to enjoy outside of work.
