The Organisation
This role sits within a respected multi-site veterinary group with outstanding internal support and access to a 24-hour referral hospital. The practice benefits from strong clinical governance, excellent facilities and a reputation for delivering high-end client and patient care.

The Role
This is a sole-charge GP role suited to a confident Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys autonomy while still having excellent support around them.

• Sole-charge first-opinion GP role
• Supported by an experienced RVN and two student nurses
• Delivering gold-standard care to a loyal, bonded client base
• Strong focus on five-star client service and patient care
• Leadership training provided
• Close working relationship with nursing team

Rota & Working Pattern
• 4-day working week
• Fridays off
• 1:4 branch Saturday rota
• 1:10 Sunday rotation at 24-hour hospital
• 1 bank holiday per year
• No on-call requirements

The Practice
The Fulham practice is modern and well equipped, with recent investment to enhance facilities and team wellbeing.

• Full in-house laboratory
• Two consulting rooms
• Large prep and theatre area
• Dedicated colleague rest area
• Excellent referral and OOH support from nearby 24-hour hospital
• Ongoing clinical support from an experienced Regional Head Vet

The Location
Located in Fulham, just a 7-minute walk from Fulham Broadway Underground Station on the District Line.

• Vibrant area with cafés, restaurants and green spaces
• Easy access to central and west London
• Accommodation may be available if required

What We're Looking For
• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident with sole-charge GP work
• Strong medical and surgical skills
• Excellent client communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while valuing team support
