The Area:

Sittingbourne is a well-connected market town in Kent, offering excellent transport links into London and the wider South East. With a mix of town amenities, nearby countryside and coastal areas within easy reach, it offers a great balance for both commuting and lifestyle.

The Role:

This role would suit a compassionate, approachable Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working within a close-knit team and values strong client relationships. You’ll be involved in a varied small animal caseload, including routine surgery and medical work-ups, within a calm and supportive clinical environment.

Flexibility is genuinely supported, with both full-time and part-time options available, including the ability to accommodate school hours where needed. There is no out-of-hours requirement, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Facilities & Clinical Support:

• Digital X-ray

• In-house laboratory

• Ultrasound

• Dental X-ray (coming soon)

• Varied surgical caseload including orthopaedics

• Supportive, experienced nursing and reception team

What We’re Looking For:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• At least 2 years’ UK small animal experience

• Confident with routine surgery and medical cases

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Team-focused with a positive, adaptable approach

• Interest in continued learning and collaboration
