The Area:

The Role:
This is a versatile Veterinary Surgeon role that can be tailored to suit your strengths, whether you prefer consult-only work or a balance of consultations and surgery. You'll be supported by an experienced clinical leadership team with a strong focus on mentoring, development and long-term career progression.
The practice encourages clinical freedom, gold-standard care and ongoing learning, with access to advanced diagnostics and surgical equipment rarely found in first-opinion settings. Newly qualified vets can be considered, provided they are confident working outside a formal graduate programme.
Facilities & Clinical Support:

Digital X-ray and dental X-ray

Endoscopy (bronchoscopy, gastroendoscopy, colonoscopy)

Access to CT and MRI imaging

Orthopaedic capability including cruciate and patella procedures

Advanced anaesthesia, pain management and monitoring systems

Laparoscopic surgery, laser therapy and pet travel services
What We're Looking For:
-
RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
-
Ideally 1–2 years' UK small animal experience (newly qualified considered)

Confident communicator with a team-focused approach
-
Passion for animal welfare and high clinical standards

Interest in learning, development and case progression
-
Certificate holders or those working towards one are welcome
